Quad/Graphics is seeking a Corporate Biller
for our Saratoga, NY team. This professional will work with Customer
Service, Estimating, Sales, Accounting and other internal departments to
generate accurate customer invoices and costing analysis of jobs.
Responsibilities include job management and analysis along with customer interaction.


The qualified candidate must possess strong computer skills,
with prior experience using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office
applications. In addition, the individual must be detail oriented, have
good oral and written communication skills and possess above average math
skills. Knowledge of Smartools applications and previous customer service
experience is helpful. The candidate must be able to work independently
with minimal supervision. Previous experience in and an understanding of
the print manufacturing process is helpful. Candidate must have a high school
diploma. Management and/or leadership experience strongly desired. College
degree is beneficial but not required.
